We will be processing the majority of our ducks in parts which include packages of 2 breasts and packages of 2 leg quarters.

If you would like whole ducks, necks, feet, organs – please let us know ahead of time. Our next batch of ducks will be going in mid-October, so we need any custom cuts noted prior to Oct 15th.
